The Online Team at New Zealand Post is growing and we’re hiring. This role is a little outside the ordinary; not a coder, designer, or scrum master but someone who’s a bit of an account manager (or politician!), a project manager, and a strategist. You’ve got to live and breathe the web, mobile, and great user experiences. You’ll also be the voice of our internal clients within the team.

Online Channel Co-ordinator may sound a bit dull (we may have the title wrong), but you sure won’t be bored. We’re looking for someone with solid experience as this is a vital role, so vital that you’ll be the second person doing this (I’m the other one!).

The Online Team have a clear purpose: to help New Zealand Post provide the best possible experience to our customers on our web, mobile web and mobile app platforms.

We look after a number of websites and online services – including nzpost.co.nz, which receives over 1.5 million visits each month, the various tools, applications and APIs that comprise the site, and the mobile site.

Our Online Team works in an agile environment which encourages creativity, healthy debate and competition. We are passionate about what we do and what we deliver.
